No resolutions for 2012

Plan for 2012:

I don’t like to set new years resolutions because they tend to be too open-ended and ultimately meaningless.  The past two years I have, instead, set new rules and goals to guide my year.  This year I am doing something different, I am going to complete 12 “30 day challenges” (see video).  I hope for these will be the basis for new habits or at least fun things to try.

30 day challenge for January:

Spend 1 hour walking or doing some kind of cardio every day.  I have created a fitocracy account to track and make sure I schedule something every day.
